If you or a friend is suffering from a wound then...

1 To start with, give them some cobwebs to stop the bleeding. Press it on the wound hard, if the cob webs gets soggy from the blood, then just get another piece of web.

2 Once the bleeding stops, give them some marigold to prevent infections, if they already have an infection, the marigold will help with that too. This will also help with shock.

3 Give them some borage leaves to cure fever. If too much blood was lost, they have low immunity, so they can catch a flew easily.

4 Finally, you can give them some Poppy seeds to cure the pain and allow them to sleep easily. Now just let them rest, so that it will heal.

If you or a friend is having a coughing fit...

1 Give them Poppy seeds to start with, and make them more tired.

2 Wait and see if that works. If it doesn't, then give them Juniper Berries. It may not be as good for the body, but it is stronger and it should work. The Juniper berries will also cure their belly aches, because it is most likely that after all the coughing, their stomach would hurt.

3 They should be asleep by now because of the poppy seeds that you gave them earlier. Now, just let them  rest, and hopefully, after they wake up, all your hard work will have paid off.
